Ametrine is a combination of amethyst and citrine. A gem of both balance and connection, ametrine is believed to relieve tension, bring serenity and stimulate creativity, as well as balance mental stability and self-confidence.

As legend say Ametrine was created when the Greek God Zeus fell in love with a girl named Lavender. In revenge, his jealous wife Hera turned Lavender into a flower.

The world’s only source of Ametrine is the Anihi Mine in a remote area of southeastern Bolivia.
